I had an amazing stay at this Holiday Inn Express and couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Jaden at the front desk, and honestly, that first interaction set the tone for the entire stay. Jaden was professional, friendly, welcoming, and made check-in smooth and easy. You can tell he genuinely cares about guests and takes pride in his work. Excellent customer service like that goes a long way and really makes a difference. The rooms were absolutely amazing — very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything felt fresh and well put together, which made it easy to relax after a long day of travel. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and the overall cleanliness was top-notch. The gym was great — clean, well-equipped, and perfect for getting a quick workout in while traveling. The breakfast was also really good, with a solid variety of options and everything well stocked and organized. It was a great way to start the morning without having to leave the hotel. Overall, this location exceeded my expectations. Great service, great amenities, and great rooms. Huge shoutout to Jaden for the outstanding hospitality. I’ll definitely be staying here again whenever I’m in the area and would highly recommend this Holiday Inn Express to anyone traveling nearby.
We only stayed one night but it was a comfortable stay. The place is clean and well maintained. The breakfast staff were friendly and courteous. The food for the free breakfast was better than most, too. We slept well and the price wasn't too expensive.

Breakfast was what you’d expect from a Holiday Inn Express, convenient and good enough to get the day started. Location is convenient to the interstate, restaurants, and shopping, which makes it an easy choice when passing through or staying nearby. Not luxury, but reliable, comfortable, and hassle free. Easy 4 stars and I’d stay here again.
This hotel was convenient to everything to do & eat in McDonough. We enjoyed our stay, the rooms were very clean, but the staff was so friendly & helpful. The breakfast had a bigger variety than other hotels we have stayed. We will definitely make this be our half way stop when traveling to visit family.
The stay was local and very convenient to get around.The room was very clean with two spacious beds, nice view on the second floor. The breakfast had a lot of varieties. Will be my first plc next time.

The hotel was clean and welcoming. There were a few things that needed to be repaired but no more than most hotels overall I would stay again.
Great spot south of Atlanta on our roadtrip back home to Florida! Doesn’t have the crazy city buzz, but plenty of food, coffee spots, and shops around. Our check in was easy, room was clean, service was wonderful. Tracey was helpful and got us on our way! Would highly recommend to stay, and we’ll be back on our next roadtrip! A side note, their landscaping and shrubbery was super unique and a vibe. We joked and said it felt like cozy Dr. Seuss lolll
